4. Public Domain Curriculum Content
The literature, poems, hymns, and picture study artworks integrated into Living Term's digital reader are derived from historic Charlotte Mason Parents' Union School (P.U.S.) programmes (1891–1923) and verified U.S. public domain publications (works published in 1928 or earlier).
Living Term makes these unabridged texts accessible in clean, modern typography for educational purposes. We claim no proprietary copyright over the underlying historic source texts.
5. User Content & Portfolio Uploads
You retain all ownership rights to student names, narrations, notes, and photos you upload to your portfolio. By uploading content, you grant Living Term only the limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store and display your content to you across your synchronized devices.
You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or infringing material to the Service.
6. Amazon Associate Disclosure
Living Term is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. If you purchase physical illustrated editions or nature study supplies through our links, we may earn a small qualifying commission at no additional cost to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Living Term is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and reliable backups, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
